This Privacy Policy explains how Figma for Motion collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, purchase a product, or contact us.
Who we are
Figma for Motion is a digital design product operated by Daniel Snows in Brazil. In this policy, “Figma for Motion,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to this website and its operator. For privacy questions or requests, contact danielsnows.ui@gmail.com.

We may collect the following categories of information:
- Contact information: your name and email address entered at checkout, and any information you send when requesting support.
- Transaction and access information: the package purchased, price, currency, payment status, transaction identifiers, purchase date, delivery status, and information needed to provide your personal access link.
- Usage and technical information: browser type, device information, approximate location, referring page, pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, and other interactions with the website.
- Campaign attribution: referral and campaign parameters, such as UTM values, that help us understand where a visit or purchase originated.
Payment card details are entered directly into Stripe Checkout. We do not receive or store your full card number or security code.
How we use information
We use information to:
- process purchases and confirm payment;
- deliver the Basic or Premium product and maintain access;
- send transactional emails, purchase confirmations, and support responses;
- protect access links, prevent fraud, and investigate misuse;
- measure website performance, campaign results, and product interest;
- improve the website, products, and customer experience; and
- comply with accounting, tax, consumer protection, and other legal obligations.
Depending on where you live, our legal bases may include performing a contract with you, complying with legal obligations, pursuing legitimate business interests, and obtaining consent where required.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to operate the service. They process information under their own terms and privacy practices:
- Stripe processes checkout, payment, fraud prevention, and financial receipts.
- Resend sends transactional product access emails with purchase-confirmation PDFs.
- Microsoft Clarity provides website analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings so we can understand how the site is used.
- Google Analytics and Meta help measure website visits and advertising results. After a confirmed purchase, we may share the purchased package, amount and currency with Meta along with a cryptographic hash of the buyer's email to attribute the purchase. Meta's Pixel and Google Tag Manager may also use cookies and similar identifiers.
- Figma hosts the design files delivered with the products.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers operate the website, databases, storage, and security systems.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or users, or in connection with a business reorganization. We do not sell personal information for money.
Cookies and local storage
The website uses limited browser storage and similar technologies:
- a necessary, secure checkout verification cookie may be retained for up to 24 hours;
- with advertising consent, campaign attribution may be stored in your browser for up to 30 days;
- your cookie preferences are stored locally for up to 180 days;
- session storage may remember interface choices, such as menu media, until the browsing session ends; and
- Microsoft Clarity may use cookies and similar identifiers for analytics and session insights.
- Google Analytics and Meta's Pixel may use cookies and similar identifiers to measure traffic and advertising results.
Optional analytics and advertising are disabled until you make a choice. You can accept all, reject optional technologies or choose each category. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw your consent at any time. Necessary checkout and product-access storage remains active. You can also control cookies and site storage through your browser. Blocking necessary storage may affect checkout or product access.
Prompts and external AI tools
The product includes downloadable prompts and, for selected projects, implementation resources. Purchase and access information is used to deliver these resources and protect access in the same way as other product files.
If you choose to use a supplied prompt in an external AI or development tool, that provider processes the prompt and any other information you submit under its own privacy policy. Providing a downloadable prompt does not by itself give Figma for Motion access to your conversations or the projects you create in that tool. Review the provider's privacy and data-use settings before submitting personal or confidential information.
Retention and security
We retain transaction and access records for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver the product, maintain access, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet accounting or legal requirements. Support correspondence and analytics information are retained only as needed for their relevant purposes or according to provider settings.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including protected payment processing and hashed access tokens. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
International transfers
Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards or other lawful transfer mechanisms. By using the service, you understand that your information may be processed where our providers operate.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or information about the use and sharing of your personal information. You may also object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
To exercise a privacy right, email danielsnows.ui@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some records may be retained where required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
Children
The service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children who cannot legally provide consent on their own. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service, providers, or law. The revised version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or by email when appropriate.
